Drawer with three workstations, safe and reliable operation: Each drawer unit is equipped with three clear operating workstations for connection, testing, and separation, and is equipped with mechanical interlocking devices to prevent accidental operation under load. In the "test" position, if the primary circuit is disconnected but the secondary control circuit remains connected, the control circuit can be safely debugged; In the "separated" position, the drawer can be easily pulled out for maintenance or replacement, without the need to power off the entire cabinet, greatly improving operation and maintenance efficiency and power continuity.

功能分區(qū)隔離，防故障蔓延：柜體內(nèi)部嚴(yán)格分隔為水平母線室、抽屜小室和電纜室三個獨立區(qū)域，室與室之間用鋼板或高強度阻燃塑料功能板物理隔離。當(dāng)某一抽屜單元內(nèi)發(fā)生短路故障時，電弧和飛濺物被限制在該單元內(nèi)部，不會蔓延至相鄰單元或母線系統(tǒng)，有效縮小了故障影響范圍，保障了整個系統(tǒng)的安全運行。

Functional zoning isolation to prevent the spread of faults: The cabinet is strictly divided into three independent areas: horizontal busbar room, drawer room, and cable room. The rooms are physically isolated by steel plates or high-strength flame-retardant plastic functional boards. When a short circuit fault occurs in a drawer unit, the arc and splashes are confined within the unit and will not spread to adjacent units or busbar systems, effectively reducing the scope of the fault and ensuring the safe operation of the entire system.

電氣性能強勁：主母線非常大電流可達(dá)6300A，短時耐受電流100kA(1秒)。母線采用雙層ESLOK涂層螺栓連接，確保長期免維護運行。防護等級默認(rèn)IP40，特殊環(huán)境可升級至IP54，適應(yīng)潮濕、粉塵等復(fù)雜工況。

Strong electrical performance: The maximum current of the main busbar can reach 6300A, and the short-term withstand current is 100kA (1 second). The busbar is connected with double-layer ESLOK coated bolts to ensure long-term maintenance free operation. The default protection level is IP40, and it can be upgraded to IP54 in special environments to adapt to complex working conditions such as humidity and dust.
